All properties managed by Canguro Properties and available for booking on this site are subject to the following Cancellation policies:

For bookings between 1 and 30 nights:

Properties located in: LONDON (UK), MILAN (ITALY), VENICE (ITALY), VERONA (ITALY), BOLOGNA (ITALY)

100% refund if the reservation is cancelled at least 30 days before arrival, otherwise the reservation is non-refundable.

If the guest cancels less than 30 days in advance, the unused nights will not be refunded.

If the guest decides to leave the accommodation before the check-out date, the nights not spent will not be refunded.

Properties located in: CORTINA D'AMPEZZO (ITALY), PORTO CERVO (ITALY), LAKE GARDA (ITALY), TUSCANY REGION (ITALY)

100% refund if the reservation is cancelled at least 60 days before arrival, otherwise the reservation is non-refundable.

If the guest cancels less than 60 days in advance, the unused nights will not be refunded.

If the guest decides to leave the accommodation before the check-out date, the nights not spent will not be refunded.

For bookings lasting 31 nights or more:

First month's deposit deposit (if applicable) to confirm booking, then monthly installments in advance. 30 days' notice for termination of lease.

If the guest decides to cancel the reservation less than 30 days before the check-in date, the first month will not be refunded.

If the guest decides to cancel the reservation during the stay, regardless of the new check-out date chosen, the guest is required to pay for the 30 days following the cancellation date or until the end date of the guest's original reservation, if the remainder of the original reservation is less than 30 days.

Canguro Properties requires that all persons or entities using and/or staying in the properties offered on this site agree to the following terms of use:

1. The main tenant must be at least 18 years old at the time of booking the property. The rental is for residential purposes and no responsibility can be attributed to Canguro Italy Srl for any damage that the User may suffer inside the property.
2. At Check-in all Tenants agree to present a valid photo ID, which will be scanned and stored by Canguro Italy Srl for the duration of the stay. Canguro Italy Srl is responsible for deleting the identity document records at the end of the stay. Tenants who are unable to provide such verification may be denied stay in the booked property, without any refund of the amount already paid.
3. Tenants must keep the accommodations in good condition and use them in a careful and lawful manner. At the end of the rental period, as defined by this contract, Tenants must leave the accommodations in such conditions that, once cleaned by our staff, they are immediately habitable by subsequent tenants. Costs for repairs and maintenance to the premises or furnishings contained therein due to use of the premises not in accordance with the above, will be borne by the Tenants who accept that any costs will be deducted from the security deposit or charged to the credit card registered for payment of the cost of the reservation.
4. Tenants must dispose of all waste generated during their stay in the property in a lawful and legal manner, as explained in the Property Guide.
5. Damage to the premises that does not fall within normal wear and tear will be at the Tenants' expense.
6. No type of animal can be brought inside the property or in its surroundings without the express consent of Canguro Italy Srl.
7. Tenants are prohibited from subleasing the property.
8. A greater number of people than those indicated at the time of booking may not reside or sleep inside the property.
9. This property is a non-smoking property. Therefore, Tenants are strictly prohibited from smoking inside or around the property.
10. At the time of Check-out, the Tenants must leave all the keys that were provided to them inside the accommodation. In the event that one or more sets of keys are not returned, the Tenants must send them via courier to Canguro Italy Srl within and no later than 5 days. If Canguro Italy Srl does not receive the keys within the term of 5 days, it will replace the locks of the entire property. In this latter case, the Tenants hereby agree to bear all related costs.
11. No refunds will be given in the event of early departure or expectations not met due to weather conditions or due to work or family emergencies or other commitments.
12. The price paid for the reservation includes a part called “rent” which represents the amount of the rental fee for the property, and one or more parts called “commissions” and/or “taxes” which include taxes due under applicable laws and the services provided by the online booking platforms.
