OUR STORY

In 2014, in the alleys of West London, Canguro Limited was incorporated, a small company that sensed the advent of the sharing economy and thus began to rent out friends' apartments for short periods, when they went out of town for work or vacation. The formula was extremely loved by both owners and tenants and in a short time the company managed over 50 real estate units.

In 2017 the same scheme was replicated in Italy, adapting it to the dynamism and variety of landscapes that the country is able to offer. Thus Canguro Italy Srl was created, initially based in Milan and later moved to Bologna. Today Canguro Limited and Canguro Italy Srl are two sister companies, although completely independent.

Our Bologna office is now the main hub from which the entire accounting flow and all relationships with owners, tenants and suppliers are managed.

Canguro Italy Srl offers its services in Bologna, Milan, Verona, Lake Garda, Cortina d'Ampezzo, Porto Cervo, and in some areas of Tuscany.

In each city there is a dedicated team that ensures on-site operations.
